Question
I wanted clarification on both both Hanafi n Shafi schools in congregation of Magrib the imam in the 1st rakaat after Sura Fateha recited Sura Falaq and in the 2nd Rakaat after Sura Fateha recited Sura Quraish would salaah be valid or would sajda sahv be necessary and if sajda sahv not done does one repeat salah❓❓

From Hanafi perspective, it should be ensured that recitation after Surah Fatiha in two rakaats are being done in order.
However, if somebody reverses the order, as mentioned in question, Namaz will still be valid.
If done intentionally he has to repent for sin and if done by mistake then he is not a sinner and care should be taken in future.
Alahazrat Imam Ahmed Raza Khan alaihir rehma has explained this matter :
"If Imam has recited Soorah Naas ( chapter 114) in first rakaat and Surah Falaq (chapter 113) in the second rakaat erroneously then there is no harm and even Sajda Sahv is not required. Moreover, if recited deliberately then imam will be sinner but their namaz will remain unharmed and Sajda Sahv is still not required."
