Lineage

He is the beloved grandson of the Holy Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. He is the son of Sayyiduna Ali al-Murtada May Allah be pleased with him and Sayyidah Fatimah al-Zahra May Allah be pleased with her. He is the younger brother of Sayyiduna Imam Hasan May Allah be pleased with him. He is a distinguished member of the blessed Ahl al-Bayt.

Blessed Childhood

He was raised under the direct care and affection of the Holy Prophet ﷺ. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ loved Imam Hasan and Imam Husayn dearly. The Holy Prophet ﷺ declared that Hasan and Husayn are the leaders of the youth of Paradise. He frequently carried them on his shoulders and expressed immense love for them.

Education and Upbringing

He received education from the Holy Prophet ﷺ, Sayyiduna Ali May Allah be pleased with him and Sayyidah Fatimah al-Zahra May Allah be pleased with her. He excelled in knowledge, worship, courage, generosity, patience and leadership.
