الجواب-Fatwa

Women going to grave is allowed with conditions but it is better to avoid and do Eesal e Sawab from home:

🛑Conditions:

1)تذکر الموت ..تدمع العین۔۔۔ترق القلب۔۔۔تزھد فی الدنیا

Remembrance of Death &

Life Hereafter ۔۔۔making eyes wet (in Fear of Allah).. Softening your heart... Making pious and cautious in this world..

2) Observing Full pardah prescribed by Shariah.

3) There is no intermingling of sexes.. Women are not being stared by stranger men.

4) Going with Mehram.

5) Her voice is not being heard by stranger(s) Na Mehram.

6) No crying with loud voice near grave.

Better to avoid because:

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said:

“Woman is ‘awrah, and if she goes out, the shaytaan raises his hopes (of misguiding her). "

Narrated by Ibn Hibbaan and Ibn Khuzaymah;

In a hadith regarding women's prayer in the mosque: “Their houses are better for them.” Narrated by Abu Dawood (567)

Usually conditions are NOT being fulfilled. Therefore it is better to avoid.

Females who insist their family members to take them to visit graveyard must abide the above conditions and should also recall :

▪Why Women are not allowed to come in Eid, Jummah and Funerals ?

▪ Why the method of praying salah for women is different from men..

Obviously to preserve her and our society from sins, temptations and evils.
